Program Overview

The Institute of Indigenous Evangelism (IIE) offers an intensive six-week online training experience designed to equip students with the biblical foundation, spiritual authority, and practical tools needed to proclaim the Gospel effectively. Each program combines live instruction, personal mentorship, and community activation, forming leaders who carry both purity and power in their call to reach Indigenous communities and beyond.

Students will experience a structured balance of teaching, reflection, and practical ministry application. Classes are conducted through live video sessions led by experienced leaders, ensuring every student receives direct guidance and engagement. The program emphasizes spiritual formation, evangelistic clarity, and community transformationthrough authentic encounters with God and real-world ministry practice.

Program Structure

Participants meet once per week for approximately 1.5 hours of live, interactive teaching and discussion. Each session builds upon the previous one—progressing from the foundations of evangelism to active ministry and discipleship. Students can expect to invest an additional few hours each week for reading, prayer, and personal assignments designed to strengthen both character and calling.

 

The program is intentionally designed for accessibility and depth. Whether you are stepping into ministry for the first time or refining your evangelistic calling, the Institute provides a structured, Spirit-led environment for measurable spiritual and personal growth.

Technology & Learning Requirements

Because all sessions are conducted online, students will need:

  • A reliable internet connection (Wi-Fi recommended).

  • A Zoom-capable device such as a laptop, tablet, or smartphone with camera and microphone.

  • Access to email for course communication and downloadable study materials (PDFs).

All course materials, announcements, and communications are digital. Students should ensure they can participate in a live video environment and engage consistently during the program term.

Instruction & Mentorship

The Institute is led by Arrow Creek International Leadership team, each bringing decades of ministry and leadership experience. Students will also benefit from guest lectures by globally recognized leaders and evangelists who are proven voices in revival and community transformation.

Each class session integrates teaching, mentorship, and activation, ensuring that what is learned is lived. Leaders provide both spiritual direction and practical equipping, helping every participant mature in faith and mission.

Evangelism Track

Evangelism Track

Step into a six-week intensive journey through the Evangelism Track—a focused training program that empowers students to share the Gospel with clarity, conviction, and compassion.
 

Guided by seasoned leaders, participants receive interactive teaching, personal mentorship, and practical activation, gaining real-world experience in outreach, discipleship, and Spirit-led ministry across Indigenous communities and beyond.

Spiritual Mentorship

Group Mentorship & Formation (Part of the Evangelism Track)

Within the Evangelism Track, students participate in group-based mentorship that emphasizes shared learning, discussion, and accountability. Under the direction of experienced leaders, each cohort explores spiritual formation, biblical foundations, and leadership development in a relational setting.


This collaborative environment strengthens unity and maturity—cultivating the presence of God in community and preparing students to carry that same presence into every area of ministry and daily life.

Community Outreach

Outreach & Impact Initiatives

Students have the opportunity to put their training into action through community-based outreach projects and regional ministry opportunities. These initiatives offer hands-on experience in servant leadership, compassion, and evangelism—bringing tangible transformation to Native communities through the love and power of Jesus Christ.
 

Students may also be invited to join ministry teams for events such as the Jubilee Campaign of Hope, local outreaches, or regional gatherings—partnering with Arrow Creek International Ministries and other ministries to extend the Gospel beyond the classroom and into real-world impact.
