Transform Native America Through Evangelism

Our Mandate: Crafted for purpose. Aimed by Heaven. Released to reach the lost.
The Institute of Indigenous Evangelism (IIE) was founded in response to a divine calling—to raise authentic evangelists who proclaim the uncompromised Gospel of Jesus Christ with clarity and power.

Across Indian Country, sincere spirituality has often been blended with tradition in ways that neutralize the transforming power of the true Gospel. The need is not for more religion, but for authentic encounters with Jesus Christ.
IIE exists to meet that need—training and commissioning men and women to proclaim truth boldly, demonstrate the work of the Holy Spirit, and bring lasting Gospel fruit to their communities.

From the Tent to the Nations
A Legacy of Fire

Arrow Creek International Ministries (ACIM) was founded by Dr. Russell and Donna Stands Over Bull with a passion to bring revival and restoration to Native America. More than forty years ago, their ministry began through evangelistic outreaches in Billings, Montana and at Montana State University—where the Gospel was proclaimed with power to the lost and broken. That calling, however, began generations earlier.
Patrick and Sharon Stands Over Bull carried the message of Jesus across Indian Country as tent evangelists—traveling from community to community, preaching repentance and salvation, and laying the foundation for a generational move of God.
Dr. Russell and Donna Stands Over Bull continued this legacy through decades of evangelism, healing ministry, and discipleship across some of the most spiritually challenged reservations in the United States—witnessing salvation, healing, and deliverance through the power of the Holy Spirit.
Nearly twenty years later, Jeremy Stands Over Bull reignited this same evangelistic fire at Montana State University—preaching the Gospel in public spaces and sparking spiritual renewal among students hungry for truth.
Today, Arrow Creek International Ministries and the Institute of Indigenous Evangelism continue this generational mission—raising and sending evangelists to Indigenous communities and the nations.
